Stanley : Sally Mavin

  This photo of Stanley, our Jack Russell terrier, captures a moment of simple joy: the stick firmly held in his mouth as he proudly carries it through the world. Rescued when he was a year old, Stanley has been my constant companion, a steadfast presence through life’s ups and downs. As he nears 11, the bond we share has deepened in ways words cannot express. In this image, there is a quiet parallel to the theme of "lost and found." Stanley came to me at a time when I was looking for something — a companion, a source of comfort — and he, in turn, found a home with me. Together, we’ve navigated life’s challenges, finding moments of peace, joy, and laughter in between.
